Complete catalog masks

A complete catalog contains sixteen SFSs, each with sixteen SFs: 256 questions. A catalog mask supplies one four-digit hexadecimal requirement field for each SFS, ordered 0–F. Unselected sets use 0000.

Use this section for requirements spanning the complete catalog. Enter a complete sixteen-field assessment profile. Every mask bit of 1 must have a matching positive assessment bit; mask bits of 0 are excluded from the check.
