Individual SF masks

An SF mask lists explicit question positions, each identified by its SFS and SF index. It can select questions within one set or across different sets, while keeping their complete catalog identity.

Resolve each selected answer as 1 or 0. Pending and unentered answers remain unresolved, and the comparison waits for them. Unselected positions do not become negative answers.
